Buzz Track

A Buzz Track is a soundtrack of natural, atmospheric, on-location background noise. Added to the re-recorded (or looped) track of actors’ dialogue and other sound effects recordings, a buzz track creates a more realistic sound.

Also, a buzz track refers to room tone or matching ambient sound. A wild track or sound refers to a soundtrack without any synchronized picture accompanying it. For example, the sounds of a playground.
